We are now accepting nominations for the Canadian Conservation Achievement Awards!

These awards honour a diversity of Canadians who have made significant contributions to wildlife conservation in Canada. By shining a spotlight on these natural leaders, the Canadian Wildlife Federation shows its appreciation for public actions to conserve wildlife and habitat for the use and enjoyment of all.

Sharing Success Stories

All nominations are very much appreciated! They inspire us all to do more for wildlife. They show the power of personal and collective action. Recipients may be featured in Canadian Wildlife and Biosphère magazine and may also be able attend CWF’s awards banquet, currently planned for Moncton, N.B. on June 15, 2024. The recipients will be officially announced around that time.

Selection Process

Nominations will be accepted until Jan. 31. A committee will review the applications in spring and the recipients will be notified by email. While only those selected will be contacted, CWF thanks all the nominees and nominators. If your application is not successful, you can resubmit in a subsequent year. You can also choose a different category. Our online nomination process has been simplified and we can’t wait to hear all about your nominee’s efforts to do more for wildlife!
