As we prepare for a fruitful spring and summer doing conservation work in the field, we find ourselves reflecting on what makes all this possible: our dedicated supporters.
Thanks to their unfailing dedication, along with that of our partners, we are seeing the seeds of change for our meadows and Monarchs. Soon, the 1,795 hectares of meadow habitat we’ve restored will begin to bloom. These meadows are more than just fields of flowers — they are lifelines for our dwindling pollinators, like the recently listed species-at-risk, the Monarch Butterfly.
We are excited for what the future holds.
Let’s keep the momentum going! During the next four years, we hope to restore at least 1,500 more hectares of meadows for our pollinators! Together, we are not just planting seeds; we are planting hope for a brighter, more sustainable future. Will you join us?
Pollinators live perilous lives, and we must do everything we can do to help them continue to thrive so they can provide us with the food we eat, the medicine we need and the beauty we crave.
Our supporters are at the heart of everything we do at the Canadian Wildlife Federation. Together, we’re turning conservation from a dream into reality, creating lasting change for wildlife and the ecosystems they call home.
One last thing: we can see the ripples every day, from you and fellow Canadians who are coming together to be the champions for healthy wildlife and their habitats. Thank you — it’s through your support that positive changes can and will continue.
Thank you for making such a meaningful impact.
